Episode 127. 10 minute Tuesday - Avoidable Suffering

The insecurity project podcast

Life is suffering. There is plenty of suffering in life that should not be avoided and even if we could avoid it, we would choose not to. It is this kind of suffering that leads to the most meaningful experiences of our life. However, there is also plenty of suffering that it entirely avoidable and should be avoided by all means possible. Insecurity fits into this category. Left unaddressed it causes an incredible amount of suffering, however because all insecurity is built on a work of fiction it is not real or true except in our own heads.

In today's episode of 10 minute Tuesday I'll show you how to avoid the kind of suffering insecurity is causing your life, work and play.
