My guest on the podcast today is Monica Bourgeau.

Monica is an entrepreneur, coach, speaker, and healthcare executive who leads and researches personal and organizational change. She believes we each have a duty to help leave the world a little better than we found it. Monica lives with her husband, daughters, and their two rescue dogs in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

She is the author of The Change Code which is based on the Spiral dynamics model first created by Clare.W graves and published by Chris coven and Don Beck.

Spiral dynamics is one of my all-time favourite frameworks for growth and change and I was so excited to talk to Monica about this subject, as she is now one of the leading experts world wide in this space.

If you are looking for a better understanding about how individual and collective change happens, I’m sure you’ll love this conversation as much as I did.
