Episode 323. Radical self-trust
Let me tell you the story of my Sunday. Not because anything spectacular happened, but because it unfolded with such flow and synchronicity that it felt like life and I were playing the same tune. Every moment carried love, creativity, humour, connection, and timing so perfect it was impossible to dismiss as pure coincidence.
What made it extraordinary was that I experienced myself as both Jaemin and God at the same time. I was the giver and the receiver, the wave and the ocean. Life flowing through me and life happening to me all seamlessly, in one loop.
This episode is about that paradox, but even more, it’s about radical self-trust. Because without self-trust, life can never feel safe. You’ll manage yourself, outsource decisions, wait for permission, and second-guess every impulse. But with self-trust, the system is clean. The loop closes. As Rumi says “What you seek is seeking you” and it arrives right on time.
I’ll share the story of that day and the dream that capped it off.
And finally, I’ll show you a clear, practical way to rebuild self-trust when it’s been lost. Step by step, you can reverse the loop of insecurity, make the apology that restores safety, so that you can return to living in sync with yourself and with life and rediscover the joy of being human and divine at the same time.
