Episode 106. Jen Dugard interview

My guest today is Jen Dugard. Here is an incredible example of someone who has done the deep change work required to solve the insecurity problem. What a joy it was to hear her story and get a window into the journey she’s been on!

I’m sure you’ll find the conversation relatable, useful and inspiring.

Here are some of the cool things she’s done to give you some context about who she is before you listen to her story.

Jen is on a mission to change the way women are looked after across the fitness industry once they become a mother. She is educating fitness professionals through her Safe Return to Exercise accreditation and linking them with mums via her business Body Beyond Baby.

Which after being founded in 2008 as ‘Group Exercise with childcare’ and looked after 1000’s of mums evolved in 2019 to become the go-to place online for women to find mum-focused fitness services that are all accredited, experienced and partnered with a Women’s Health Physio’s so they know they are in safe hands.

Jen authored the book “How to Love your Body as much as your Baby” in 2013 and in 2016 created the Safe Return to Exercise accreditation for Fitness Professionals which has now been delivered across Australia, New Zealand and in Taiwan.

Here are the books mentioned by Jen:

Everything by Brene Brown

The Unteathered Soul by Michael A Singer
