Episode 118. 10 minute Tuesday - Embarrassment

The insecurity project podcast

Getting embarrassed is common and natural, yet it also has the power to change the direction of our whole life. The chemical response produced by embarrassment can easily escalate to the point where we lose the ability to think rationally and function appropriately.

When we get embarrassed we feel exposed. When we are exposed, we fear our inadequacies are revealed to all. The real problem with embarrassment therefore, is that it is connected to insecurity.

In today’s episode of 10 minute Tuesday, I’ll deconstruct embarrassment so you can see exactly how it works and therefore prevent it negatively impacting your life.
