Episode 188. 10 minute Tuesday - Unnecessary Suffering. Part 5 - Purpose

10mt - purpose.png

The final instalment of the 5 part series on unnecessary suffering. This week I’m addressing the suffering experienced by not living out your life’s purpose.

The existential crisis experienced when people question whether their lives have meaning, purpose, or value, can lead to some of the most intense suffering humanly possible.

Often, the alternative seems to be to either shut down the purpose question altogether or else spend your life serving someone else’s purpose.

On today’s episode I’ll show you how this kind of suffering is in fact unnecessary and exactly how to avoid it.
