Episode 215. Woundedness

‘No child escapes their childhood without some kind of woundedness.’

Each one of us develop limiting beliefs about ourselves based on personalising the negative experiences of our past. Even perfect parents do not protect their children from becoming hurt in some way.

In today’s episode of 10 minute Tuesday, I’ll show you why woundedness is not only something to be grateful for but why it also holds the gift of strength and growth for your adult life.

But first, following on from my take on the current global pandemic situation in the last episode, here is an optimistic view of how it will all end.
