Episode 220. Biochemistry

10 Minute Tuesday - How to hack your own bio chemistry.

How often do you find yourself in a strong state and feel you have no ability to alter it?

Your body is one giant chemistry set with a range of well designed signals and triggers that activate various chemical sequences to create certain emotional and physical states.

When you discover how the bio chemical world works, it gives you more agency over your own experience of life instead of being caught up in physical and emotional experiences that you have no control over.

The purpose of this episode is for you to understand that you can adjust your levels of dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, cortisol and even the PH levels and endorphins in your blood.

Obviously there is so much to learn under this broad topic, but this 10 minutes will give you a fun introduction into the subject and whet your appetite for more.
