Episode 332. One perfect day

A few weeks ago I had the most remarkable dream of my entire life followed by what I can only describe as one perfect day.

Then everything got interesting.

Over the following weeks I dreamt about having clinical depression, wearing someone else's underpants, or having none on at all, and then audibly calling my own name in the middle of the night.

This all happened while putting the final touches on my novel and releasing it for the first round of public critique.

I’m convinced that when you are committed to living in alignment with who you really are, and honouring rapport with self as the highest order of things, dreams are an essential part of the communication process. Now, with the use of AI, there has never been a more effective way to decode and process our own internal dialoguge. It is stunning how dramatically this accelerates your personal growth journey.

This episode is my field report of how leaning into my dreams this month changed me in ways I never thought possible.
