Episode 57. 10 Minute Tuesday - Self Sabotage

Self sabotage

Do you ever find yourself sabotaging your own success? Does it seem like some part of you is cleverly resisting change, growth or progress by stopping you taking the necessary action you said you were committed to?

In this week’s 10 min Tuesday I’ll show you why self sabotage is that it is entirely an issue about lack of permission.
When your subconscious is NOT ok for you to move forward because it perceives more danger, risk or potential loss in the change than where you are currently positioned, it will sabotage your plans.
The key is to understand the positive intention of this sabotage as a form of protection, and then have a conversation with yourself to see what would need to change before you could move forward unhindered.
