My guest today is Jen Dugard. Here is an incredible example of someone who has done the deep change work required to solve the insecurity problem. What a joy it was to hear her story and get a window into the journey she’s been on!
I’m sure you’ll find the conversation relatable, useful and inspiring.
Here are some of the cool things she’s done to give you some context about who she is before you listen to her story.

Jen authored the book “How to Love your Body as much as your Baby” in 2013 and in 2016 created the Safe Return to Exercise accreditation for Fitness Professionals which has now been delivered across Australia, New Zealand and in Taiwan.
