Episode 204. 10 minute Tuesday - Agency

agency

Agency is defined as the capacity to act independently and to make our own free choices. It is to have the freedom to set the course for your own life and the personal power to act in a way that moves you in that direction.

However, while it is logical for every adult to have a sense of agency of their own affairs, most people have given this power away and are living affected by someone or something else’s agency over their life instead

Interestingly, this is almost invariably because of the mistakes made the first time you tried to take control of your own life as a teenager or young adult.

On today's episode of 10 minute Tuesday, I’ll show you the 5 things every adult must do in order to take their power back and exercise full agency over their own life in healthy and mature way.
