Episode 217. Reverence

10 minute Tuesday - Why adding more reverence to your life will change you forever.

The word reverence has been the most important addition to my vocabulary for 2021. In many ways this word has saved me in the midst of a particularly difficult year.

To have reverence for something is to understand and acknowledge the great value it has and to treat it as something truly remarkable. It is also to bring deep respect and a sense of wonder to the way you interact with it.

Perhaps the most important application of this idea is in your relationship with yourself. Until you treat your own life with reverence, you will find that no one else treats you this way either.

Listen in to today’s podcast episode to understand more about what it means to live with reverence for the life within you and all around you.
