Episode 226. Making insecurity funny again

One of the central themes of the Insecurity project is to dial down the angst people normally associate with facing their deepest fears about themselves. When the insecurity problem is accurately understood for what it really is, there are a number of surprising, amusing and even hilarious discoveries that make overcoming insecurity far less daunting than imagined.

This podcast episode is the final instalment for season 2021 and aims to highlight the funniest things about eradicating the fear of not being good enough from your life.

Also as an end of year bonus, I’ve also ticked off a 5 year bucket list item by doing my first 5 minutes of stand up comedy material at the end of this episode!

You’re welcome…
