Ep 101. Jaemin coaching Brayden

Jaemin Frazer life coach

Stephen Covey (The 7 habits of highly effective people) says that the journey to maturity goes from dependance to independence to interdependence. This means that in order to fully become an adult, we each must discover how to separate ourselves from the adults we’ve been dependant on before we can develop adult to adult relationships with them.

In todays coaching session with Brayden, we cover this very vulnerable but crucial subject and specifically how it impacts the relationship with our parents.

It is a universal challenge that I’m sure you’ll relate to.
